Terms and Conditions of Service for Solido+

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

The use of the Solido+ platform implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of service. Please read them carefully before proceeding to use the platform.

2. Trial Period

Solido+ offers an optional 60-day trial period with limited features, during which users can test the platform's functionality. After the trial period, the user must subscribe to a plan, and a maximum number of 3D models can be uploaded depending on the type of plan subscribed to.

3. Uploading 3D Models

The Solido+ platform allows subscribers to upload a maximum number of 3D models depending on the subscribed plan. All uploaded models can be used on the apps available for navigation/inspection, including Oculus, Android, iOS, and Windows.

4. Editing 3D Models

The Solido+ platform provides tools for editing the 3D models uploaded by subscribers, to make them more navigable and inspectable.

5. Access to 3D Models

The 3D models uploaded by subscribers can be viewed on dedicated apps only through authentication or voluntary sharing by the user.

6. Suspension of Subscription

The subscription to Solido+ can be suspended at the end of the chosen payment period, but refunds are not provided.

7. Compliance with GDPR

PowerMOB SRL guarantees compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in processing the personal data of Solido+ platform users. Please refer to the privacy policy for further details.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

PowerMOB SRL reserves the right to modify the present terms and conditions of service for Solido+ at any time. The changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the platform, and continued use of Solido+ after such publication implies acceptance of the changes.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Solido+ platform and its content, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, photos, videos, sounds, icons, and software, are owned by PowerMOB SRL or their respective owners. The use of the platform does not grant any intellectual property rights to subscribers.

10. Use of the Platform

Subscribers agree to use the Solido+ platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms and conditions of service. In particular, subscribers must not use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes, or in a way that causes damage, interruptions, or malfunctions of the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

PowerMOB SRL is not liable for any damages or losses suffered by subscribers in relation to the use of the Solido+ platform, even in the case of interruptions, malfunctions, or errors in the platform itself. In addition, PowerMOB SRL does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content on the platform.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions of service for Solido+ are governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian law. Any disputes relating to the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.

13. Communications

All communications between PowerMOB SRL and subscribers relating to the Solido+ platform will take place via email or through notifications on the platform itself.

14. General Provisions

Any provision of these terms and conditions of service for Solido+ that is deemed invalid or unenforceable shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions. The failure to enforce any provision by PowerMOB SRL shall not constitute a waiver of such provision.

15. Changes to Terms and Conditions of Service

PowerMOB SRL reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions of service for Solido+ at any time. In case of modifications, PowerMOB SRL will inform subscribers via notification on the platform or email. Continued use of the platform by subscribers after the publication of the modifications will constitute acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

16. Disclaimer Clause

PowerMOB SRL is not responsible for any damage or loss arising from the use of the Solido+ platform. Subscribers use the platform at their own risk.
